What questions can you ask in order to think of high band score vocabulary?

For example – in the first diagram: Where does the fruit grow?

I suggest you ask questions like these:

Where does the fruit grow?
When is it picked?
How is it transported?
Where is it transported to?
Why is it washed?
Why is the fruit quality checked?
Where is it cooled?

Answers to the questions above

It grows in orchards
It is picked at harvest time
It is picked when it’s ripe
It is transported in trucks
It is transported by truck to the cannery
It is washed (in order) to remove dirt and pesticides or pesticide residues
It is examined in order to discard bruised or damaged fruit.
It is cooled in a refrigerator or an industrial refrigerator

To get a band score 7 for lexis you need some less common vocabulary, which is vocabulary that most candidates don't know.
